Joys of Lemon

Lemon essential oil has become my favorite go to oil in the morning. Not only does it smell wonderful, but it gives me a boost. My "get up and go". I love to drink lemon in my water. It is so refreshing! Lemon essential oil has many benefits besides the morning routine I do. Feeling a little under the weather? Using lemon in a diffuser has wonderful benefits that help you get up and over those seasonal threats. Feeling a little down? Adding 1-3 drops of essential oils to a bath will help lift your mood and leave you feeling content.
